Children's Hope International - Oregon Office

Children's Hope International (CHI) was licensed in 1992 and we are a full service, licensed, not-for-profit adoption and humanitarian agency. CHI currently places about 800 children each year from Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America with their forever families. The CHI home office is in St. Louis, Missouri with 10 regional offices throughout the U.S., equipping us to place children in all 50 states.

Our skilled and knowledgeable staff members are experienced with the complexities of adopting internationally, and they are dedicated to providing all the guidance and individual attention prospective parents need during their adoption journey. CHI is also committed to supporting orphanages, medical services, and other humanitarian projects around the world.

CHI's work is based on long-standing international relationships and we are well organized in each country where we assist families in adopting. We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), which is the highest level possible for a placement agency, and we are also a member of the Joint Council on International Children's Services.
